Webcam fact: We started using a webcam in 2005 when everyone was switching from ‘dial-up’ to broadband. We had the idea that people could have a look at the queue from home or at work before they came down. After searching the internet to see how it could be done, we found that nobody else was doing it, so as far as we know we were the first in the world!
